Site Assessment and Engineering

Prep Work
Utilities get located and marked. The crew clears just enough space for the compact equipment (usually a skid steer with a torque motor). No giant holes or trenches.
Pile Installation
The operator screws each pile in while monitoring torque in real time. They go deep enough to sit well below the frost line, usually a minimum of 1.5 to 3 metres or more in most BC locations, depending on local conditions and engineer specs.
