This picture show the damage at our site visit for assessment. The mud slab had sunk 12″ and cracked along the entire crawlspace.
Following our assessment we determined the entire mud slab in the sunken area had to be removed and the soil had to be excavated to the footing level to install a new perimeter drain.
Once the area was excavated we installed a new perimeter drain and started backfilling with clean drain crush and good backfill material.
