Patrick Theoret has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, with a background that includes residential electrical work, general contracting, civil construction, mine sites, roadwork, and restoration.

Patrick’s career has given him a broad understanding of how buildings are constructed, how structural problems develop, and how water, soil movement, and settlement can affect a property over time.

Patrick began focusing on foundation and concrete repair in 2006 after working on homes damaged by fires and floods. During that time, he saw the impact that cracked and sinking foundations could have on a property and the people living in it.

He went on to become a preferred contractor for restoration companies throughout the Okanagan, working with homeowners, contractors, and development companies on a wide range of concrete and structural repairs.

Patrick was also an early adopter of high-pressure crack injection in the Okanagan and later introduced carbon fibre reinforcement into his repair work. His approach has always been based on finding the source of the problem and using the right method to create a practical, lasting repair. His ongoing investment in the newest and best technologies and wealth of experience make him an incredible resource.
